Yorick van Norden
Singer-songwriter and born storyteller Yorick van Norden recorded his album Do It Now at Abbey Road Studios and experienced a boy’s-book adventure there. In this intimate theatre concert, he weaves his own songs together with surprising covers and captivating anecdotes about the greats who wrote music history there.
Yorick takes you behind the scenes of the mythical studio complex with the iconic zebra crossing and playfully reveals the magic of the recording process. He weaves his own songs together with covers of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, Oasis, Amy Winehouse, and Radiohead – all artists who have left their mark on Abbey Road.
This is the successor to his successful show Paul McCartney’s Record Cabinet , now full of intriguing stories, pop classics, and brand-new songs.
