Singer Kate Moraa opens the afternoon with her warm voice and infectious energy. Born in Kenya and now living in the Netherlands, she brings a unique blend of Afro-fusion and modern influences. Her music is personal and sincere, full of feeling and rhythm, and invites you to listen, feel, and sometimes even gently move along.
Next, Oleg Lysenko and Maya Fridman take you into the world of folk music and classical sounds. With the unique combination of cello and bayan (accordion), Oleg and Maya present music from Ukraine and beyond. Their interplay is expressive, captivating, and rich in emotion, ranging from serene moments to powerful melodies.
Maya won the Dutch Classical Talent Award in 2018. Oleg is the founder of the Music for Ukraine Foundation, which became nationally known through the television program Even tot Hier .
